Booking & Confirmation

• All room bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment or receipt of confirmation from the hotel.
• The guest will receive a booking confirmation via WhatsApp message upon successful reservation.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: From 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: Up to 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Identification

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
• Local ID policies may apply as per hotel regulations.
• The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in if valid identification is not provided

Occupancy & Extra Guests

• Room rates are based on standard occupancy.
• Extra adults or children may be accommodated at an additional cost.
• Extra beds are subject to availability.

Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods include cards, UPI, net banking, or cash (as applicable).
• Any incidental charges incurred during the stay must be settled before check-out.

Hotel Rules & Conduct

• Guests are expected to follow hotel policies and maintain decorum.
• Pets are restricted based on hotel policy.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

Force Majeure

• The hotel shall not be responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical issues.
