Free Cancellation

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 or 48 hours before check-in (as defined at the time of booking).

Cancellation Charges

• More than 48 hours before check-in: No cancellation charge / full refund.
• 24–48 hours before check-in: Cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
• Less than 24 hours before check-in: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
• No-show: No refund will be provided.

Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
• Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Modification Policy

• Booking modifications (date change, guest details, room type) are subject to availability.
• Modification charges may apply.
• Modified bookings may be treated as a new reservation for cancellation purposes.

Partial Cancellation

• In case of partial stay cancellation (early check-out), refunds will be as per hotel policy and may not be applicable.

Non-Refundable Bookings

• Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.
• Cancellation of such bookings will not be eligible for any refund.

Taxes & Charges

• All applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
• Taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
